Inspired by shifting patterns and colours of the dune system (Ergs) of Moroccan Sahara. Machine pieced with shot silks and matt cottons to reflect light in contrasting ways . The ‘hollows’ are hand and machine quilted with heavy silk buttonhole thread in kantha type quilting.
